Bluesky is recruiting for an experienced Airborne Operator with knowledge and experience of aerial survey operations is required with demonstrable experience.
Responsibilities:
Operate & install airborne camera & sensing systems in accordance with manufacturer instructions
Liaise with sensor manufacturers
Liaise with ATC & aircraft operators ensuring permissions, visas, etc. are in place
Flight Planning
Weather monitoring
Technical leadership to direct and manage sensor/software development & improvement
Requirements: Eligible to work in the UK & communicate in English, experience of Aerial Survey and Remote Sensing and flight planning, analytical, numeracy & good interpersonal skills, excellent verbal/written communication skills, degree in a Geographical, Remote Sensing or GIS related discipline, full-time (shift pattern) contract
